Challenge
The quality assurance company was facing challenges many companies face. As much as they were sure about their service, they were still uncertain about some things and that was costing their business. Some of the challenges they were facing include:
- “Who is my customer?” - they don’t know how to define the best customers for them, they have examples of good customers from the past but there is no clear definition
- “Where are my customers?” - in the meaning that they don’t know where are the best markets for them, not only geographically but, also in the meaning of industries, or having a clear process
- Communication and Why we’re better - they have a problem with explaining their uniqueness in a clear and concise way
- Email marketing - they tried several solutions and service providers and their main problem was that the external companies (lead generation) did not understand their business and failed with finding customers.
Solution
BuyerMind used the information we had from them to do the fist validation campaign. We got low results, which is proof there were gaps in their system. Using data from our system, we set improvements to ensure clearer communication and storytelling.
