Although they were doing okay as a company, they wanted to test new innovative solutions. They have tried several email solutions but they failed. They desire to educate their customers before and after purchase to build lasting relationships and build brand loyalty. They also have a long email list of 20K customers that they do not use and yet their money is there.
Solution
BuyerMind, an AI-based email engine optimization tool, analysed their list of emails to segment into groups by their stage of awareness. It then prepared an email campaign with various landing pages to educate the customers and prepare them for purchasing polishing products.
